Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Pilot Car Job Board ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

The Service is intended for connecting oversize load carriers with pilot car operators. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

• ●You must provide accurate and truthful information when posting loads or creating a profile.
• ●You may not post spam, fraudulent loads, or misleading content.
• ●You may not use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform.
• ●Spamming the load board is strictly prohibited. Repeat violations will result in a permanent IP ban.
• ●Please post multiple loads or pilot cars as a single post and note the details in the description.

Posting loads and accessing the load board is free. Co-Op membership has a fee.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Membership subscriptions are managed through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

When you use the Pilot Car Job Board on a mobile device, the app may request the following permissions:

• ●Notifications: To alert you of new loads matching your preferences. You may opt out at any time in your device settings or profile preferences.
• ●Camera / Photo Library: Used only when you choose to upload a photo of your pilot car or profile image. We do not access your camera or photos without your explicit action.
• ●Network Access: Required to connect to the platform and load data. No data is transmitted beyond what is necessary for app functionality.

We do not access device permissions silently or in the background. All permissions are requested at the time they are needed and explained in context.

All content you post on the platform (load listings, profile information, photos) remains your property. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

The Pilot Car Job Board name, logo, design, and all platform content not submitted by users are owned by Apples & Oranges Pilots Co-Op and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any load posting or user-submitted content.

We are not responsible for any agreements, payments, disputes, or incidents that arise between carriers and pilot car operators through the platform. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

In no event shall Apples & Oranges Pilots Co-Op be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Use, abusive behavior, spamming, or any other conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
